I've been in/around the fitness industry for the last 20 years.I enjoy weight training but my true passion is mountain bike racing.Even though I compete in all different disciplines my favorite is endurance racing .Anything that last over 10 hours I seem to excel at.Riding a bicycle for 10 hours or more not only pushes your body to it's limits but also your mind.Thats what I like most about it.
